I'm back and I'll be doing a recap of my final birthday weekend along with my 15 month in review very soon.

LND:  1 taco

B:  1.5oz smoked almonds
S:  Small salad; boiled egg; cheese
L:  1 cup refried beans
S:  Chicken Salad
D:  Popeyes 2 piece

Water:  Barely 5 cups so far
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  I'm thinking about it...I'm still dehydrated and exhausted from my weekend.

Breakfast, protein shake

Lunch: the taco soup recipe I got from Leann, OMG too good to be good for Weight Loss

Dinner:  Probably more Taco Soup, or left over cheese soup, this pouch test is way too easy!

Water, working at it, just a few more bottle to go
Vitamins DONE
Exercise, NO WAY, wish I could tho, but I can't right now....still

I know!!!  I am usually more cranky and *****y by now, but what the heck.  I really am enjoying eating so much food.  Maybe tomorrow I will try and get on the stationary bike and do some rounds.  My knees really don't like the bike at all, nor does my back, and I am still scared to go out and walk!  Even though I now have a walking stick!
